Lenora A. Kelson, Founder and President
 
Lenora is a practicing interior designer specializing in residential design for over two years.  It is out of a desire to serve God with her gifts and talents and her personal experience with family members with physical disabilities that she developed a passion to use her interior design experience to bless others. Lenora graduated with honors from Collin College and earned an AAS degree in Interior and Architectural Design.   While at Collin College, she received several honors and organized and served as President of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Student Chapter.   Through her leadership, Collin’s ASID Student Chapter completed a residential design community service project in Port Arthur, Texas that gained media attention.   Lenora also attended Southern University at New Orleans where she pursued dual BS degrees in Business Administration and Economics.  She is an active Allied Member of ASID where she served on the 2010-2011 board for the Dallas Design Community.    Prior to joining the design industry, Lenora worked in the educational finance industry for fifteen years, holding multiple management positions.  In the midst of her educational finance career, she was a successful business owner for five and a half years.   Lenora has a caring heart and brings a spirit of compassion, creativity and business and project management experience to Livable Arrangements.  She is an active member of North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship in Plano, Texas.
 
Darius Peikari, MD, Vice-President
 
Darius is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician who has had a private practice in Plano, Texas for thirteen years.  Darius graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University and earned his medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas.  During his educational career, he was selected from a worldwide pool of applicants for a prestigious externship in Neurology at the Green College of Medicine at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.   Darius served as Chief of Medicine at the Medical Center of Plano from 2009-2010.  He also takes time from his practice one day each week to make home visits to senior and private residences.   He has a heart for helping people in need and is a founding member of the board.  Darius brings his expertise in overseeing programs at an award winning institution as well as his hands-on experience with patient home visits to Livable Arrangements and serves as the Program Committee Chair. 
 
Melissa A. Fleming, Secretary
 
Melissa is a Software Engineer for a national telecom corporation in Richardson, Texas.   She has been in the telecom industry for twenty-two years and has specialized in project management and development.  She is a proven leader and has owned multiple successful businesses.  Melissa earned a BS degree in Computer Science from Southern University and A & M College.   She is a founding member of the board and loves to serve others. Melissa brings her leadership experience to Livable Arrangements as she serves on the Executive Committee and Program Committee.  She is an active member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church in Garland, Texas where she serves as Chair of the Staff-Parish Relations Team.
 
Brett Burton, Treasurer
Brett has over 17 years of public accounting experience serving clients in both the Houston and Dallas areas with a focus on partnership and individual taxation as well as small business accounting and consulting.  He has worked with clients in several different industries, but mainly focuses in the areas of real estate, family partnerships and high net worth individuals.  He also works with business owners in several other industries such as technology, marketing, retail and manufacturing.  He has a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma.  
 
Delphia Fegans-Heedram, Chaplain
 
Delphia is a Claims Representative for a national insurance corporation.   Prior to joining the insurance industry, she spent thirty-two years with a major telecommunications company.  She specialized in customer service management and training.  Delphia earned a BS in Business Data Processing from Grambling State University.  She has been actively involved with local non-profit organizations for twenty-nine years.  She currently serves as recording secretary for the Dallas Metroplex Council of Black Alumni Associations, a position she has held for the past eight years.  Delphia also served as secretary for Grambling State University’s National Alumni Association Dallas Chapter for ten years.  She is a founding member of the board and has a servant’s heart.  She brings a spirit of encouragement, her expertise in customer service and her extensive knowledge of non-profit management to Livable Arrangements. Delphia serves on the Executive Committee and the Development Committee.  She is a member of First Baptist Church of Hamilton Park in Richardson, Texas, where she serves on the leadership team for the Women’s Ministry.
 
Lynda Longstreet-Hall, Director
 
Lynda is a Sales and Training Consultant and has consulted with major corporations such as Dell, Siemens, IBM, Whirlpool and others for twelve years.  Before becoming an independent consultant, she was a Sales and Training consultant for IBM for over thirteen years in Marketing. She earned a BS degree in Business from St. Louis University. Lynda is a passionate giver and gives of her time and talents to help others be the best that they can be.  She has been very actively involved in the Dallas community through her work with the Dallas Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., where she has chaired fundraisers and the 2009 South Central Teen Conference. Lynda has also coached adults in preparation for their GED exam through work with Literacy Instruction of Texas (LIFT).   Consistent with her interest in education, she joined the Advisory Council for the Irma Lerma Rangel Young Women’s School to support the principal, staff and students in achieving their goals. Lynda is a founding member of the board and brings this spirit and drive to Livable Arrangements.   She also uses her expertise in the corporate sector and non-profit arena as she serves on the Development Committee. She is an active member of First Baptist Church of Hamilton Park in Richardson, Texas.
 
Joseph A. Patrick, Director
 

Joseph is an Engagement Manager in the information technology industry and has twenty years of experience.  He has worked in several roles ranging from developer to management consultant.  He has a BS degree in Computer Science from North Carolina A & T State University.   Over fifteen year ago, Joseph and his wife were blessed to welcome Jordan and Jessica into their family.  Little did they know that Jessica would have developmental challenges. As things turned out, those challenges would become the greatest blessings for him and his family.  He has a passion for service that has permeated his life since his time as a Boy Scout. Joseph brings this servant’s heart, his personal experience as a father of a child with special needs and his management experience to Livable Arrangements as he serves as a Development Committee Co-Chair.   He also supports a charity founded by his wife. Joseph is an active member of North Dallas Community Bible Fellowship in Plano, Texas where he serves as a deacon.   He also leads North Dallas’ Care and Comfort Ministry efforts in his immediate community.
